Frequently asked questions
On how many computers can I use the licence?
As many as your plan allows: 2 devices on Solo, 5 on Accountant, 10 on Firm. The key is activated on each computer separately, and every activated computer takes a seat on the licence. You free the seats of machines you no longer use from your account.
What happens after the 12 months expire?
The app keeps working locally with all of your data. You renew the subscription only to keep receiving updates and support.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 14 days, provided the licence key has not yet been activated.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You manage your subscription and change plans from your customer account, through the billing portal.
Do I get a tax invoice?
Yes. A VAT invoice is issued automatically through Stripe on every payment.
